The hotel's rooms could do with some attention and a bit more care, but they are exactly like the photos – clean, bright, and comfortable. My room on the 4th floor was spacious and well appointed. The service was not as good as expected and not very polite at the reception; however, the additional nights were a pleasure for our eyes. The location, while not backed up by strong management, is quite good and very central yet away from crowded areas with a fantastic large pool. The dining experience was really fantastic with a great variety available.

My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were superb, situated next to the elevator with stunning views of the towns, Santa Marguerita, and Portofino, overlooking the scenic blue coastal waters. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were exceptional, making for a restful retreat. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch, ensuring a warm and attentive experience. The central yet peaceful location was a major plus, although having a car might be necessary for some. The dining was very tasty, offering a continental selection with a limited hot bar. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
